Effects of simplified lymph drainage on the body: in females with menopausal disorder

Results: Cortisol and dehydroepiandrosterone [DHEA] levels were significantly reduced after therapy compared with those before therapy. The questionnaire survey showed a significant decrease in the visual analog scale. Also apparent were positive opinions, such as “I feel better” and “My legs feel lighter.”


Conclusion: These results demonstrated the stress reduction effect of one-time simplified lymph drainage, which decreased cortisol and dehydroepiandrosterone levels. [DHEA] This therapy was also shown to produce positive mental and physical effects.
